SADIE LANTZ

(she/her)

Registered Social Worker

Sadie Lantz [RSW, BSW]  is a warm, enthusiastic therapist who works alongside children, teens, and families with deep empathy and unconditional acceptance. She believes every young person experiences the world in their own unique way, and she approaches therapy with genuine curiosity and respect for each client’s story. Sadie is committed to truly understanding the perspective of the children and families she supports — and to helping them feel seen, heard, and valued.

With many years of experience directly supporting kids, teens, and caregivers, Sadie practices through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and relational lens. She supports clients navigating anxiety, emotional intensity, grief and loss, family separation, and life transitions. Drawing from CBT, DBT, IFS, and narrative therapy, she integrates practical tools with deeper emotional work to foster insight, resilience, and connection. Sadie also has experience supporting Autistic children and teens, including those with PDA profiles, and offers a thoughtfully accommodated, neuro-affirming approach that honours autonomy and individual differences.

Sadie is passionate about creating therapy spaces that are inclusive, accessible, and adaptable. While she offers talk-based therapy, she also weaves in creativity and movement — including art, music, play, and somatic regulation practices — to support expression and growth in ways that feel natural and engaging.

She understands that starting therapy can feel vulnerable and sometimes overwhelming. Sadie works intentionally to reduce shame and barriers, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can show up exactly as they are.

Outside of her clinical work, Sadie loves to sing, cook delicious meals, spend time in nature, and embrace her favourite role — being the very best Auntie she can be.
