Is It You We’re Looking For?

We are always on the lookout for creative, enthusiastic professionals who fit the NowWhat ethos and culture to join our growing team.  We are a highly collaborative, out-of-the-box support provider, and we strive to match each person who walks through the door with meaningful support that makes a real, positive difference in their everyday life.

We are a fast-paced and fun workplace, with plenty of opportunities for personal growth, high levels of autonomy and plenty of room for professional development.  We demand a high level of flexibility, competence and creativity in our people, so we can consistently deliver the best possible support to our clients. We value diversity and the unique contribution each therapist brings to the table via their life experience, and we love finding ways to leverage our people’s passions and talents in their therapeutic practice.

We offer competitive compensation structures as well as benefit options for full time employees.  We also love to collaborate with contractors and specialists who are interested in running joint projects (art therapists, music therapists, occupational therapists etc).  We’re open to discussing full time, part time and contract positions, depending on your discipline and specialty.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy groups for various age groups play a big role in our practice, so DBT training and experience is a bonus.

If this sounds like the kind of environment you could thrive in, we want to hear from you!
