Tracy Pryce [RP, M.Ed, MACP] is a Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about helping her clients harness their inner strengths and natural curiosity to make long-lasting, positive change. Tracy’s client-centred approach is empathic, compassionate, and collaborative. Her work centres on providing psychoeducation, skills, and strategies relevant to each individual client’s specific mental, emotional, and behavioural health needs.
With training and experience in mentorship and counselling in educational, community and private clinical contexts, Tracy has strong listening skills and expertise in several therapeutic modalities that help her clients cope with symptoms related to anxiety and stress, depression and mood disorders, trauma and PTSD symptoms, addictions, and executive functioning challenges. Her clinical training in evidence-based, trauma-informed protocols such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) has enabled her to help clients safely and effectively process significant traumatic experiences, and resolve debilitating PTSD symptoms.
Tracy is certified as an Occupationally Aware Healthcare Provider (Warrior Canada). Her understanding of the unique work culture and experiences of trauma-exposed professionals (police, fire, paramedics, etc.) enables her to provide culturally competent services to first responders and front-line healthcare workers, responsibly treating post-traumatic stress injuries, addictions, stress, burnout, anxiety and depression.
