Tracy Pryce [MEd, MACP] is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) who is passionate about helping her clients harness their inner strengths and natural curiosity to make long-lasting, positive change. Tracy’s client-centred approach is empathic, compassionate, and collaborative. Her work centres on the idea of the client as experts of their own experience, while engaging them in building skills and strategies specific to their mental, emotional, and behavioural health needs.
Through years of training and experience in mentorship and counselling in educational, community, and clinical counselling contexts, Tracy has developed strong listening skills and an ability to develop solid, trusted connections. Through a variety of therapeutic modalities including DBT, ACT, CBT and EFFT, she helps clients learn how to cope with a variety of symptoms related to anxiety and mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, executive functioning challenges, and dysfunctional family systems.
