Kassidy brings over five years of hands-on experience supporting children and teens across educational, behavioural, and community-based settings. With a background in Educational Support and Autism & Behavioural Science, she is passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered.
In her role as Therapeutic Care Coordinator at NowWhat Support Services, Kassidy supports children, teens, and their families through 1:1 sessions and collaborative care planning. Her warm, family-centered approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful relationships are the foundation for positive change. She provides individualized support tailored to each child’s unique needs—whether through emotional regulation strategies, behavioural coaching, or strengthening family communication.
Kassidy’s approach is collaborative and deeply rooted in connection. Her calm presence, approachable nature, and ability to build trusting relationships allow her to work effectively alongside families, educators, and professionals across school, home, and community environments.
Outside of work, Kassidy enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and extended family. She is also active in the cheerleading community, where she coordinates large-scale competitions—bringing her love of organization, teamwork, and community spirit to everything she does.
