KAREN LANE-GROEN

Karen Lane-Groen [B.A.] brings over a decade of experience in both the education and administrative sectors, complemented by extensive volunteer involvement in schools, faith-based organizations, and the Ancaster community. Through these roles, she has developed a deep appreciation for open, empathetic communication and a nuanced understanding of the challenges families may face when navigating educational and support systems.

Karen also brings lived experience as a parent, which has informed her understanding of areas such as neurodiversity, executive functioning, and mental health. At NowWhat, she combines her diverse strengths to provide thoughtful coordination for clients and skilled oversight of the accounts department.
