Hilary Bowerman [OCT, Hon. BA, BEd]  is an Ontario Certified Teacher and Therapeutic Coach, and oversees the Children’s Team for the PowerUp program, Social Sundays, PA day programs and School Break Camp programs at NowWhat.  She helps families identify their specific goals and works closely with our social work team to collaborate on treatment planning for each child as they enter our programs.
Hilary has a wide range of experience working with children in both volunteer and employment positions, including working at camps (both on land and at sea as the Children’s Program Coordinator on cruise ships for several years), being 1:1 support for children with special needs, mentoring youth to become future leaders, and supporting the management of summer camps.
Hilary is originally from the Ancaster area and can often be found outdoors with her dog, enjoying nature walks and seeing all the environment has to offer.
