Dave Hamilton is our resident “People Person,” bringing more than 20 years of experience in customer service, client and staff support, human resources, business management, and communications. His passion is cultivating work environments where team members are heard, included, and empowered. At NowWhat?, he helps develop and support neuro-affirming employment systems, policies, and practices designed to support team members in ways that foster genuine care and connection, and set them up for success.
Outside of work, Dave loves spending time with his wife and son, cooking, traveling, watching reality TV or suspenseful crime documentaries, and playing just about any trivia game. He confidently claims The Walking Dead as the greatest TV show of all time, dutifully endures another predictably disappointing Toronto Maple Leafs season each year, and believes few things are cuter than watching his toddler flip through animal books. “TURTLE!!!”
