Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, addiction, borderline personality disorder, social-emotional challenges, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD), infant mental health and attachment, interpersonal violence, life transitions, self-esteem, and crisis intervention.

Drawing from both clinical training and personal lived experience with neurodivergence, grief, and major life changes, Amy brings empathy, insight, and authenticity to her work. She values continuous growth—both personally and professionally—and is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Outside of her professional role, Amy is a wife and mother to three children (and two dogs). She is a certified yoga instructor and a passionate advocate for the healing benefits of yoga, meditation, journaling, and holistic wellness. In her free time, she enjoys baking, traveling, reading, listening to music, and cheering on the Detroit Lions and University of Michigan football teams.
