Farm Programs for Kids
Our popular farm-based sessions for kids aged 4-12 teach emotional regulation and social fluency through observing and interacting with a variety of small animals in a peaceful farmyard setting 20 mins from our clinic on the outskirts of Brantford.
This program is ideal for social distancing (sibling groups and ‘bubbles’ can be accommodated in groups together). Generally courses are 5-6 weeks long and run at various times both on weekends and weekdays. Groups are sorted by age/stage, please see our calendar for current options.
Occasionally we run sibling-specific groups to work on managing conflict and communication. Feel free to inquire about individual appointments or sessions for older children or adults (or see FEEL info below for teens +). Group participants must be able to follow simple animal and barn safety rules.
